OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE, OR OLDER, TO ENTER.

ENTRY: The Sweepstakes begins at approximately 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on 02/01/09 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 03/01/09 (the "Promotion Period"). To enter during the Promotion Period, visit our website at www.bluelighthockey.com, complete the online entry form with the correct code ("LABATT") which can be obtained at Labatt Blue Light retail displays at participating retailers and submit. No purchase necessary to obtain the Code. Incomplete online entry forms will not be accepted. Limit: one entry per person per week.  In case of multiple entries during any given week from any one person or e-mail address, only the first entry will be accepted. The use of automated entry devices of any kind is prohibited. Entries must be received by 03/01/09.  The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical/transmission difficulties beyond their reasonable control, or for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the state of New York who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of InBev USA, L.L.C. d/b/a Labatt USA (the "Sponsor"), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, any prize provider, and advertising & promotion agencies, and alcohol beverage wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and any other entity directly involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) & members of the same household of such employees, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won which includes the following: Roundtrip coach/economy class airfare for two (2) from Buffalo to New York City (if applicable and is determined by sponsor) , two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy); two (2) tickets for Sabres vs. Rangers game on Saturday, March 21, 2009; and if applicable transfers from airport to/from hotel. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $1,500. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including but not limited to insurance, gratuities, food and alcoholic beverages) are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Guest of the winner must also be 21 years of age or older (the "Guest"). Winner and Guest must attend the game together. Guest has no independent rights to Prize. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or portion of a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Tickets must be used for game specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: There will be one (1) random drawing for the above Grand Prize under the supervision of the US Sweepstakes Company, an independent Sweepstakes Administrator. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about 3/5/09 from among those eligible entries received by 3/1/09. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotional period. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Selected entrants will be notified by phone or e-mail, with written confirmation to follow by first-class mail, or some other form of home delivery within one (1) week of drawing.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: No transfer or substitution of any prize is allowed, nor is there a cash value equivalent, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release to be returned within seven (7) days of written notification, or Prize award will be void and an alternate winner may be selected. If Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner within seven (7) days from date of first notification attempt, or if the potential Prize winner (i) fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, (ii) is found to be ineligible, (iii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, or iv) cannot attend the hockey game on date specified by Sponsor, his/her Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. If Prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, Prize will be forfeited. Guest of the winner may be required to sign/return a Liability Release within the same time period. All federal, state and other taxes, not specifically mentioned previously, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner's entry and acceptance of any Prize constitutes permission (where allowable) for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the mechanics of the sweepstakes or the interpretation of these Official Rules. Winners, their guests and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize offered, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics of this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, Internet or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in conjunction with this Sweepstakes, which may limit the ability to participate, or by any printing, human or other error relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, or is impaired or corrupted due to virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the Sponsor's control, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of cancellation or termination.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: If you indicated your consent, Sponsor and its affiliates and agencies (collectively "Companies"), may collect and use: (a) the information you provide on the entry form, including age and contact information, to qualify you for this Sweepstakes and to contact you and provide ongoing communication regarding the same; (b) your contact information on the entry form in order for the Companies to contact you about other promotions and services offered by the Companies; (c) other personal information you provide on the entry form, including your expressed preferences and opinions (e.g., beer brand preferences) in order for the Companies to contact you about promotions and services in which the Companies believe you would be most interested and; (d) any of the information you provide on the entry form to comply with the law and/or other regulatory requirements.
